Service is the way forward according to TriSystems

TriSystems announce that IMACS Evolution, the Insurance and Reinsurance administration system, is now available on a fully hosted basis. Jeff Ward director of TriSystems said 'The fully hosted model significantly reduces start-up costs and implementation times for new companies entering this market, whilst also bringing a raft of benefits to established players'.

The ASP solution is particularly attractive to start-ups giving them the benefits of an industrial strength administration system from the first day they write new business, without a vast initial capital expenditure. With IMACS Evolution, all a client needs to do is establish a virtual private network connection (VPN) through the internet, to their system hosted by TriSystems, who carry out all IT admin, support and operations as part of the service.

'A number of our existing clients are looking to move to this remotely hosted solution, which has also recently attracted a new London Market entrant. We will be making further announcement with regard to this next month'. Mr. Ward added, 'This underlines a growing trend in outsourcing non-core aspects of the insurance and reinsurance business.'

TriSystems has always traded on its ability to deliver service, and the hosted solution is a further example of this in practice. (201)
