Application Support

Our support and maintenance contracts help our clients ensure the stability of their business-critical applications, systems and networks.

The TriSystems support team provides a guaranteed response to reported problems, together with management and tracking of these issues through to resolution.

The TriSystems Help Desk is central to the delivery of this service. It provides a single point of contact between the client and the support team. The detailed information logged by the support team at each stage of the life cycle of a problem, provides the basis for extensive management reporting to enable the client to measure the effectiveness of the service.

Zurich London

Zurich London, part of the global Zurich Financial Services Group, has over 400 hundred employees and a premium income of around $2 billion.TriSystems has provided Zurich London with mission critical application software and a broad range of IT skills and services for almost 10 years. Zurich London uses our market leading insurance application IMACS, to process business that is underwritten and managed by its London office.

Zurich London has also outsourced the support, maintenance and development of key underwriting applications and systems to TriSystems. This particular part of the service, now in its third year, is provided remotely through our London based support operation.

Claims Management Group

Expanding in a highly competitive market, The Claims Management Group provides specialist claims services to the insurance industry world-wide.Successful tenders by CMGL for new business frequently involve a significant IT project, as a prerequisite to taking on the business. Typically, these highly time-constrained projects require the combined demands of excellent technical skills with an in-depth understanding of the business.

TriSystems has worked with CMGL on a number of such projects and has been awarded the status of strategic business partners to CMGL. TriSystems has been supplying CMGL with a range of IT services and solutions since the mid-nineties.

KPMG

Creditors of insolvent insurance companies appoint KPMG's Corporate Recovery partners as Scheme Administrators to represent the creditor's interests. Their performance is measured by the speed with which money is returned to the creditors. This is a highly specialised and complex field requiring extensive changes to the insolvent insurance company's computer systems.

TriSystems has worked with KPMG to deliver demanding systems requirements to very tight time and budgetary constraints. By assisting KPMG in meeting the creditor's timetable we have enabled the company to succeed in delivering according to this schedule.

EMI Compact Disc

TriSystems was awarded a contract by EMI Compact Disc b.v, to design and implement a system to enable their national distribution centres around Europe to place CD orders with their European manufacturing and distribution centre in the Netherlands.The solution, based on IBM's MQSeries offering, has now been implemented in five countries around Europe, with further roll-outs planned.

TriSystems continue to provide the EMI group with advice on messaging and communications solutions both in Europe and in the Americas.TriSystems has been providing IT services to the EMI group of companies since 1994.

Atlas Copco

Atlas Copco is a multi-national company supplying construction equipment to the construction industry world-wide. Atlas Copco Compressors, a UK based subsidiary, awarded TriSystems a three year outsourcing contract to provide an applications management service for their business critical applications.

During the course of the contract, TriSystems gained a reputation amongst other parts of the Atlas Copco group, as a supplier of quality IT services and, as a result, we have won further contracts.
