For most bespoke developments, TriSystems can offer our clients a blended service with resources utilised from both the UK and India. This ensures that the total cost of any project can be tailored to suite each of our customers unique set of requirements.

Following a recommendation, Kenwood initially approached TriSystems to take over the support of their ageing, bespoke Distribution system running on an IBM iSeries platform. TriSystems demonstrated their ability to take on the support and maintenenace of bespoke applications and were duly awarded the contract. This support agreement continued until Kenwood migrated to JDE One-World late in 2002.

On the back of this successful relationship, TriSystems bid for and were ultimately successful in securing the contract to provide on-going communications, network and remote desktop support for Kenwood UK.
